TEN COMMANDMENTS

Recommendation from those who have already taken part in the project:

* Do not be discouraged by those who try to discourage you.
* Do not be discouraged by the initial lack of information and documents. In fact, this is a good starting point and many works that started with nothing turned out to be the best.
* Copy all material in the highest quality possible.
* Scan photographs in at least a 300dpi resolution. If you do not have a scanner, use a good digital camera. Copies from a photocopier have little use.
* After obtaining a piece of information, always make a note of when and where you got it. Always cite sources in your work.
* Photograph and comment on your progress. It will be interesting for those who read your work.
* Do not be shy to record your own feelings.
* Record even people's negative reactions.
* If possible, use a digital video camera or audio recording device. Such material can be used for a film or a website.
* Feel free to contact the project's coordinators and ask about anything, even technical matters.
